Years 3 and 4 had a wonderful morning watching Lilo and Stitch (2025) at Blaengarw Workmen’s Hall. A huge thank you to @IntoFilm for showing it as part of the film festival. It was a lovely morning, finished off perfectly with a picnic in the sunshine ☀️🎬💜 1 Likes

World Down Syndrome Day is observed every year on 21 March to raise awareness, promote inclusion, and celebrate the amazing contributions of individuals with Down syndrome. The date (21/3) represents the triplication of the 21st chromosome, which causes Down syndrome — also known as Trisomy 21.
To mark this important day, we will be raising awareness in school on Friday 20th March.
We’re inviting all pupils and staff to join us in raising awareness by wearing their brightest, most colourful, and wonderfully odd socks! 🧦✨
🌟 Diwrnod Down Syndrome y Byd – Gwisgwch Sanau Llachar ac Od! 🌟
Cynhelir Diwrnod Down Syndrome y Byd bob blwyddyn ar 21 Mawrth i godi ymwybyddiaeth, hyrwyddo cynhwysiant, a dathlu cyfraniadau anhygoel unigolion â Syndrom Down. Dewiswyd y dyddiad (21/3) i gynrychioli triplodi'r 21ain cromosom, sy’n achosi Syndrom Down — a elwir hefyd yn Trisomy 21.
I nodi’r diwrnod pwysig hwn, byddwn yn codi ymwybyddiaeth yn yr ysgol ar Ddydd Gwener 20 o Fawrth.
Rydym yn gwahodd pob disgybl ac aelod o staff i ymuno â ni drwy wisgo eu sanau mwyaf llachar, lliwgar ac od! 🧦✨ 1 Likes

Thank you to Nickie from Football First for coming in and doing the beat ball activity with us. Everyone had a fab time! This letter has gone home with each pupil tonight to collect sponsorship. We raised a brilliant amount last year which allowed us to buy new PE kit and equipment for our learners. Let’s see if we can match it this year! Nickie will be back on the 14th April for day 2! 💜⚽️ 1 Likes
