Mae'n bleser gennym eich hysbysu y bydd ein diwrnod pontio blynyddol ar gyfer disgyblion meithrin newydd 2025-2026 yn cael ei gynnal ar fore'r 9fed o Orffennaf. Mae'r digwyddiad hwn wedi'i gynllunio i helpu'ch plentyn i ddod yn gyfarwydd â'i amgylchedd newydd ac i sicrhau trosglwyddiad esmwyth wrth iddo symud ymlaen i gam nesaf ei addysg. 

Beth i'w Ddisgwyl:

1. Cwrdd â'r Athrawon: Bydd eich plentyn yn cael cyfle i gwrdd â'i athrawon newydd a'i gyd-ddisgyblion. Bydd hyn yn eu helpu i deimlo'n fwy cyfforddus a chyffrous am ddechrau'r ysgol.

2. Archwilio Dosbarth: Bydd disgyblion yn archwilio eu hystafell ddosbarth newydd, yn cymryd rhan mewn gweithgareddau hwyl, ac yn dod i adnabod yr amgylchedd.

3. Sesiwn Gwybodaeth i Rieni:

   Tra bod y plant yn brysur, byddwn yn cynnal sesiwn byr i rieni ddarparu gwybodaeth bwysig am y flwyddyn ysgol sydd i ddod ac ateb unrhyw         gwestiynau sydd gennych.

Beth i ddod a:

• Byrbryd bach iach a photel ddŵr.

• Dillad cyfforddus sy'n addas ar gyfer chwarae.

Credwn fod ‘Diwrnod Pontio’ yn gam pwysig i helpu’ch plentyn i deimlo’n ddiogel ac yn barod ar gyfer ei antur ddysgu newydd. Rydym yn eich annog i siarad â’ch plentyn am y diwrnod cyffrous hwn a sicrhau ei fod yn deall bod hwn yn brofiad cadarnhaol a hwyl.

We are excited to inform you that our Transition Day for nursery pupils 2025-2026 will be held on the morning of the 9th^h of July. This event is designed to help your child become familiar with their new environment and to ensure a smooth transition as they progress to the next stage of their education.

What to Expect:

1. Meet the Teachers: Your child will have the opportunity to meet their new teachers, and this will help them feel more comfortable and excited about starting school.

2. Classroom Exploration: Pupils will explore their new classroom, participate in fun activities, and get to know the environment.

3. Parent Information Session: While the children are busy, we will hold a brief session for parents to provide important information about the upcoming school year and answer any questions you may have.

What to Bring:

• A small healthy snack and a water bottle.

• Comfortable clothing suitable for play.

We believe that ‘Transition Day’ is an important step in helping your child feel secure and prepared for their new learning adventure. We encourage you to talk with your child about this exciting day and ensure they understand that this is a positive and fun experience.
